“Accolade Inc. (Nasdaq: ACC) has agreed to acquire Houston-based telemedicine company 2nd.MD in a deal valued at up to $460 million

Under the terms of transaction, Accolade will pay $230 million in cash, $130 million in common stock and up to $100 million if certain undisclosed revenue levels are met. The deal is expected to close by the end of February.” — Philadelphia Business Journal’s John George
